In this article, I'm going to share with you my entire million-dollar business strategy, including how we sell AI automation for tens of thousands of dollars per client and even how we built our own AI SAS for essentially free.

2. Our Media Company

Our media company, wgmymedia.com, consists of a blog, an Instagram account, and a newsletter. Our blog gets around 600 to 700,000 organic visitors through just articles, our Instagram has around 200,000 followers, and our newsletter has 75,000 subscribers. In our first month of sponsors, we did around eight thousand dollars in sponsors and affiliate deals.

To sell sponsorships, we use Stripe and PayPal to accept payments. Our blog was built on WordPress, and we use Google Analytics to track performance. People who want to sponsor our platforms reach out to us through email, Twitter DM, Discord, or other channels. To manage and fulfill those sponsors, we use Trello for task management, Ocean and Discord for internal team communication, and Calendly, Google Calendar, and Wave for scheduling and invoicing. To track all of our customers or sponsors, we use Airtable as our database and Notion. Lastly, we use Beehive for email automations for welcome sequences and newsletter delivery.

3. Custom CRM Dashboards

Most companies use 10 to 15 different software tools to operate their business, and typically, to do this, you have to go to 15 different websites and tabs to use each one of these software tools. But what we've done at our agency is actually help companies build custom apps where it's one unified dashboard where they can track all their communication, analytics, sales, sponsors, and every piece of information in their business all in one place.

For example, for our company, we can look at our home page and see all of our revenue, who's sponsoring, and what platform they're sponsoring, all right here on one page. We're pulling in WordPress, Airtable, and Stripe. For task management, we use Trello to see who on our team is doing what, who is talking to each sponsor, and who is making the post. We use Calendly, Google Calendar, and Wave for scheduling and invoicing. We use Airtable as our database and Notion to track all of our customers or sponsors. Lastly, we use Beehive for email automations for welcome sequences and newsletter delivery.

4. Advanced AI Automation

We've found eight different ways to add AI to the mortgage lending company, including anthropic or Claude, open AI and Phantom Buster, Whisper, Chat Base, Pinecone, and Browse AI. These AI tools can all be very useful for a variety of different businesses based on what they do.

5. Our AI No Code SAS

We've been running our newsletter and agency, stacking up cash, and then taking that cash and investing it into building our own AI software. Our AI software tool is basically a writing tool for newsletters, and we're using Bubble and Make to build it with no code.
