Suddenlink is a cable internet provider, and we have cable access on our property. Behind us, a property comes into our master, goes into a modem, and then into a router. We transmit wirelessly throughout the house, and to date, it has been the best internet that we've had since we moved here. However, this is not saying much because the internet out here sucks. Over the Labor Day weekend, they shut down the internet when everybody was home, and they decided to do upgrades. When I hear that they're going to do upgrades, that says to me that it's going to improve my user experience, but the exact opposite has occurred. The reliability of this service has gone into the where it's resided since the upgrades were done. When I upload videos, I'll film in the morning and early afternoon, edit in the afternoon, and upload while I'm sleeping. Before I go to bed, I'll click upload, and I'll go to bed. When I wake up in the morning, the first question that has to be answered is, did the video upload? About 40% of the time, it didn't, which means now I have to re-upload again.
