What Two Million Plus Gets You in Venice, Los Angeles

Are you curious about the real estate market in Venice, Los Angeles? As someone who was born and raised in Los Angeles, I recently moved back from Mexico and have been exploring the housing market on the west side of Los Angeles. In this article, I will show you what two million dollars or more can get you in the Venice area. From modern complexes to smaller homes, there is a lot to see and all of them are over two million dollars. So, let's dive into the first home.

🏠 House Number One

This property has four bedrooms, with extra space for the possibility of renting out the home and other apartments. The space is modern-looking and renovated, with a lot of light in the first bedroom. There is also an attached bathroom, which is ideal. The second bedroom also has an attached bathroom, and the tenants currently living here are enjoying the space, even though it is a little small. If interested in this home, you could expand the kitchen and maybe get rid of a room to make it a formal dining room. In the back, there is a laundry unit, a second bathroom, and access to the outside. There is also another bedroom back there, which could be used for expanding the kitchen or making a dining room area. The backyard has plenty of space, and you can definitely make a garden and expand the area to make it unique.

🏠 House Number Two

This property is a little less than the previous one we saw, but it's a much smaller property with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The house has a lot of light, and all of the ones I wanted to see in Los Angeles and the west side specifically are all really bright. As we enter from the back area, we're right into the kitchen and the pantry. It's very bright and very clean-looking. Then the living room and dining room are all attached, so it's kind of an open concept again with that beautiful light coming in from Venice. There is office space and bedroom space, and the first room in here would maybe be more like an office space. This house has a rooftop as well, with a few stories up and a view of palm trees.

🏠 House Number Three

This property has eight bedrooms, and there are multiple units that you can rent out. The first unit that we're looking at here is a bottom floor with not too much light, but a pretty big space. This home has a small child, and the tenants are looking to move and expand to a bigger home. The living room has a lot of light, and there is a little patio out front. The kitchen is similar to the next one that we're going to see upstairs, and the rooms are pretty small. There is a little walkway, and overall this would be a great unit to rent out, especially for someone young in Santa Monica or in Venice.

🏠 House Number Four

This is my absolute favorite property. As we come up to the front of the home, it's open and bright-looking. The kitchen is lovely and open, and there's a lot of space for your things. The hallway leads to a grand room, and the master bedroom has access to the backyard with French doors and a tub in the bathroom. There is also a guest bathroom with a skylight. The home has a lot of skylights, and the living room is adorable. There is a loft area that could be another office or maybe a guest room. This home had a lot of thought put into everything, and it really made the house stand out.

🏠 House Number Five

This property is another open concept home, very similar to house number two, but the kitchen is a lot bigger. There's a lot of light, a lot of storage, and a small bathroom off to the side, which is great for guests. There's in-unit laundry, and there is a rooftop with this home as well.
