Sony Betamax Player: From $150
I sold this Sony Betamax player for $150 plus shipping. I got it at Salvation Army before it closed and finally got around to listing it. It sold in less than a week, and I probably could have gotten a bit more for it. It's missing the door and is not a newer or more desirable model, but it does have the remote. If you come across vintage electronics, they can be worth a lot of money.

I found these Kiss boots at Goodwill for $40, but looking up comps, the only pair that was on eBay at the moment was from Canada and they had them priced at $450. There was another pair that had sold on auction for about $140, so I priced these kind of high just to see if they would sell. I ended up selling them for $90 plus shipping, and they still sold within about a week. Keep an eye out for unique and rare items at thrift stores.
