Windows Defender is a great security software, so there is no need to purchase a paid security software. However, if you still want to purchase a paid security software, I recommend AE Set and Kaspersky. Virus Buster and 0 Virus Security are not recommended.
If you already have a paid security software installed, you can turn on Windows Defender's periodic scan.
For those who want to use Windows Defender alone for Windows security, I recommend turning on Controlled Folder Access and App and Browser Control.
