The crazy thing is, this method has only become available with the growth of AI in the past few months. Before we jump in and I show you step by step how to get started, let me talk to you about the backstory.
🤔 The Backstory
It all started when I was scrolling through YouTube shorts, just wasting time as usual, and I came across a YouTube channel that absolutely blew my mind. When I looked up the stats on SocialBlade, we can see that the estimated monthly earnings are $2200 to $35,000, and that's just off ad revenue. Let me show you guys what the channel looks like.
The name of the channel is Daily Facts. Yesterday, they had about 198,000 subscribers, and today they already have 201K subs, so they gained about 3,000 overnight. But what they do is a faceless YouTube channel where they post interesting facts and quotes, and they only use shorts. Scrolling through their content, we can see that all of their short videos are quotes with a different background.
Diving into their content, we can quickly see that the style of videos that they use are made up of two parts. The first nine seconds display the first part of the quote, and then there is a one-second pause, and then it reveals the second part of the quote, which has a duration of about one and a half seconds. This is because one and a half seconds is just too fast for people to read, so they will watch the video again, which gives you great watch time, resulting in YouTube pushing your content out to more people.
At this part of the video, you're probably already thinking, "How am I going to come up with all these quotes? How do I create the videos? How long is this actually going to take?" Well, what I'm about to show you is absolutely mind-blowing, and when I figured it out, I couldn't believe it for myself. I'm going to show you how you can create 300 of these YouTube short videos in less than 30 minutes using Chat GPT and Canva to create your own faceless YouTube channel. And not only are you going to be able to make money from YouTube ad revenue, but we're also going to look for affiliate offers that match the content that we're uploading.
📈 Step One: Choosing Your Category
The first step is figuring out what category we want our YouTube channel to be in. Typically, the most profitable categories are health, wealth, and relationships, and we can find affiliate offers that match all those categories on ClickBank. So, if you don't already have an account, you can go to clickbank.com and select "Start Here" to create your account. If you already have one, just go ahead and log in and let's check out the marketplace.
Inside the dashboard, we can see the different offers that are available to us as affiliates on ClickBank. The different categories are health and fitness, e-business and e-marketing, spirituality, self-help, home and garden, cooking food and wine, green products, and business and investing. So, remember, I said that the top three categories are health, wealth, and relationships, and for this video, we're going to go ahead and choose health and fitness as our category that will build our YouTube channel in.
We can see that there are 740 offers that we can promote within health and fitness, and scrolling down the page, we can see that we can get paid quite a bit of money for promoting these products. So, this one has a $134 commission, $135, $113, $127, so there are a lot of high-ticket affiliate offers that are available here. Scrolling up to the top again, we can see that there are subcategories within health and fitness. So, if we want to post content around a specific category within health and fitness, we can go ahead and do so and then find affiliate offers within that specific category.
Say we posted 10 videos related to nutrition on the YouTube channel. We could come into here and find an affiliate offer to promote. We would just select the button, enter in our account information, and then create the Hop link like so and then put this affiliate link inside the description within each video. Here's a quick tip that you can use to find the top-performing offers that will make you the most money. So, we'll sort this by gravity and high to low, and now we can see we've put these in order based on the top-performing offers. So, this one right here will pay us about $40 per commission, but if you scroll down just a little bit more, we can see that this apple cider vinegar book pays out an average commission of $302. So, this one is definitely worth adding within the descriptions to the videos. Otherwise, I would look to add some of the top-performing ones like this one right here.
🤖 Step Two: Using Chat GPT to Create Quotes
Now that we've picked our category for the YouTube channel and found some affiliate offers to promote, let's dive into Chat GPT to begin creating our quotes. To get started, head on over to chat.openai.com and create an account if you don't already have one. Now we'll have to give it a prompt. We're going to tell it, "I want you to come up with some quotes in the following style for our YouTube channel. The quotes need to be made up of two parts. The first is a part where I want you to make people intrigued to know about the second part."
Now we have to give the AI system an example. So, the first part is "If you really want to get healthy..." and the second part is "Only you can make a decision." We're going to give it another example where the first part is "When you're not eating healthy..." and the second part is "You're selling yourself short." Then we have to ask it if it understands. Say "yes," and it will respond that yes, it does understand, and it can create quotes in that style.
Now we're going to go ahead and ask it to give us an example of a quote. All right, so we can see that it gave us a pretty good example, and the AI is starting to learn based on the example that we gave it. Now we're going to get a little bit more detail with the next prompt. We're going to tell it, "Okay, we want these quotes to be about fitness, nutrition, and motivation. The target audience is going to be people in their 20s. Could you please give me one example for the theme fitness, the theme nutrition, and the theme motivation?"
Go ahead and click enter, and just like that, Chat GPT created a quote for each theme. So, you can see for fitness, they said, "If you're not pushing your limits, you'll never discover your true strength." They also provided one for nutrition as well as motivation, and these actually look pretty good. This is the same exact strategy that that YouTube channel that I showed you is using to create content and grow their channel.
Now we need to put all this data into a format that we'll be able to download and use for Canva to quickly create the videos. The next prompt that we'll use will say, "I now want you to categorize them in Excel style as the following. The theme, you can choose between fitness, nutrition, or motivation. The first part here, Chat GPT will place the first part of the quote, and the second part is where they will place the second part of the quote."
Now we'll go ahead and select enter. Perfect. Now you can see that Chat GPT put all the data in a table format that we can quickly copy and put into an Excel table. Now that we have a category for the YouTube channel, we found some affiliate offers, and we created all of our quotes for the videos, I'm going to show you a bulk edit tool inside of Canva that works like magic so that we can create those 300 videos just like that.
🎨 Step Three: Creating the Videos with Canva
If you're not familiar with Canva, it's one of the best design tools available, especially for beginners who lack Photoshop skills. To get started creating these videos, we're going to select the button up here to create a design, and then we're going to select YouTube shorts. We'll go ahead and check out some of the free videos that are available. You can see there are tons of them, so we go ahead and pick any one that we like.
If you're signed up for the paid plan, you do get access to some of the pro videos, which are typically a little bit higher quality. So, I went ahead and chose this one here. I'm just going to make this perfect, and now I'm going to trim this to be 10 seconds long. Next, I'm going to go ahead and add some text. So, the heading will start with the fitness fact, so I'm going to put "Fitness Facts" just like so, and then for the effects, I'm going to add a background.
Now I want to make this background white, and I'll make this a little bit smaller and add it to the top. Right about there looks good. Duplicate. I'll move it down a little bit, and I'm going to make the text white, and then I'm going to make the background black. Perfect. Then I'm going to paste in the first part of one of the quotes that we got so we can see how this looks on the screen. I'm going to make this a little bit smaller just like that, and that looks good right there.
Now I'll go ahead and duplicate this one again by right-clicking and selecting duplicate, and then I'll paste in the second part of the quote like so. Now we have to adjust the timing that each of these quotes appears in the video. So, if we right-click, we'll select show timing, then at the bottom here, we'll adjust this so the first one will have it go about seven and a half seconds. That's perfect. Then the second part, select show timing, and we'll wait one second and then have it go for one and a half seconds at the end. Perfect.
If we play the video from the beginning, this is what it's going to look like. So, when you feel like giving up, that's the first part of the quote. We'll have it go for seven and a half seconds, then there'll be a one-second pause, and then the second part will appear for just one and a half seconds. Now here is where the magic happens, where we can create these videos in bulk. Behind my head here, you can see that there's an option to bulk create. If you don't see this, just come into Apps and search for that bulk create. But if you do have it, go ahead and select it right there.
Now we're going to select to enter the data manually. First, we'll clear the table, and then we're going to paste in the data that we saved in our Excel file from Chat GPT just like so. Now we'll select done. Next, we're going to have to assign each one of these to the different fields that are on the left-hand side of the screen. So, we'll select, right-click it, and then select connect data. That part will be the theme, this part will be the first part, and this one will be the second part like so.
Now we want to make sure that these quotes are both in the middle of the screen. That's perfect. And that's good to go too. Then we'll select continue and generate, and just like that, we created our first 30 videos using the quotes that we got from Chat GPT, and they're all in the same exact style.
The next part of this is we want to go ahead and switch out the videos in the background for each video. Again, that's really easy to do. So, we'll just come into each one here and we'll pull in a new video, make it full screen, and then we just want to make sure that we bring this back to 10 seconds because a lot of times the videos are different lengths. So, we'll go ahead and do this for all 30 videos.
🚀 Step Four: Posting and Promoting Your Videos
Once you're complete with the process, we can come up here and select share, then the drop-down to download, and then we'll want to download the pages as separate files. Make sure that it's set to MP4 video and 1080p quality and select download. Once you've decided on a name, you should create your YouTube channel and other social media accounts for the new brand.
The best strategy is to schedule three of these videos to go live per day. I suggest posting one in the morning, one in the early afternoon, and then one in the early evening. After doing this for about a month, you'll collect some key insights into what's working well and what isn't. Be sure to double down on what's working well and watch the channel explode like the one that I showed you in the beginning of this video.
Remember, when you're posting the content, make sure that you're adding the affiliate links in the descriptions for each video. If you're posting on TikTok and Instagram, make sure that you're adding an affiliate link to your bio. If you consistently stick to the strategy over the next few months, don't be surprised if you end up with a massive YouTube channel like this one.
