Is calory packet with not many scoops wich make it easy to drink in one blend (i put around 16-20 oz water and 4 scoops). I bumped my calory intake from 2000 to 3200 by eating more and adding this to my diet very helpfull. I am gaining a lot of weight thanks to it.

I use 2 scoops of the mix followed by 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of flax seeds and, mainly 4-5 pieces of banana. Sometimes strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. I throw it all in my ninja blender the evening before, store it in the fridge over night and, grab it in the morning as I'm out the door. The only downside is that I did find what appeared to look similar to a cat nail in my shake one morning as I was drinking it. It hasn't happened again so far. and, I'm on my 2nd container of the mix. This with a regular size lunch and dinner (I don't eat pork or beef) has really added a few pounds to my weight.
