Ordered this for my daughter for Christmas after watching review videos and reviews online looks great very easy to assemble all you have to do is attach handlebars......but problem is battery only lasts for about half hour which I dont understand because the instructions say it is supposed to last for an hour and I've charged it for 12-24 hours before next ride each time and same result so that is frustrating that it only lasts 30 min because we cant really take it anywhere far to ride because it will die if we are not close to a charge port and its HEAVY to move if dead I bought my son the smaller razor quad and his can go for hours without dying so I just dont understand difference and my daughter is not even close to max weight it can hold 220 and she is 115

Great , my boys love it, well built ,
1. We bought a storage shed to house the Razer then we found a note that the battery cannot freeze or it has to be replaced. 😜. So we have to keep it inside during the winter. 2. The chain comes off!!! Every time it is ridden it makes a terrible noise and the Chain comes off. So sorry we bought it. NOT WORTH THE MONEY NOR THE AGRIVATION.
We love this thing. Easy for us to ride with the kids on it. My only complaint is the flimsy chain guides are wearing out after a few hours of use. I’m going to have to figure out something else - maybe some mtn bike chain guides.
The first time riding and the wheel snapped right off. Not like came off the shaft. The whole shaft snapped in half. My son only weighs 90lbs so no where near the weight limit and he rides the smaller version of this all the time. I got the bigger one as an upgrade. Amazon is exchanging it so we will see if this one was just defective or it’s a bigger problem. Seems like something that costs $700 should be a little sturdier.
Bought these for our three kids 8,10, and 12. It recommends 14 and up but it seems fine for mine. Size is great and the power seems just right. Not too fast that they are dangerous and scary, but not too slow like it a little kid version would be. May be a bit much for the 8 year old but she loves it. I make them wear helmets and gloves. The younger two have fallen off a couple times as they get the hang of going over rough terrain. These are pretty heavy duty, even I can get on them and ride as it supports up to 220lbs. A few things I don’t like: -No reverse. They have to get off the quad and drag it backwards if they need to back up. -Uncomfortable seat. No padding. -I wish the batteries were lithium ion but that would probably make it too expensive. The batteries do seems to last a good long time though (hour or so.) Those are the only things keeping it from a 5 star ratings for me. I can’t fully comment on durability yet as they are new to us. I don’t think I would jump them or anything but they seem sturdy enough to race around our property including some off road bumps and hills. The kids have rolled them over a time or two and they didn’t break. It comes fully assembled, you just have to adjust the handlebars and charge it. Value seems good. You can find cheaper, but I’d trust Razor products before some other off brand thing. My kids weren’t ready for an ATV with and engine yet so these make perfect sense for us. Overall we enjoy them and the kids are having a blast on them.
Love this machine- one thing tho was that the charger had to be replaced with in a month. We ordered a new one and all is up to power now.
