B&D absoluteloy ruined their classic dustbuster and I am going to return this one. Why on earth did their engineers take such a great product and ruin it? I am pissed off enough that I am giving them a terrible review here. My classic DB has finally started loosing its power so I ordered a new one. It claimed "wall mount" on the order but then damn if they didn't send me this piece of cr*p that has to be stood on a very meager floor mount. They say it is wall mounted but they don't even include the wall mount bracket with the thing. WTF? Not only that, they actually think that mounting the thing without being able to charge it is a good thing???? Why the h*ll would anyone do that??? You hang it to save space!!!! I'm going back to the drawing board I am just dumbfounded and the engineer who designed this should be fired or sent back to school.

I am very disappointed in the way this package arrived. I bought this vacuum NEW. There were brown stains inside of the filter and red and brown stains inside the vacuum as well when arrived. How can something like this be sent to a customer without being checked.

They clearly sent us someone else's return. Vac works fine. Wall mount is missing but you can't charge it on wall mount so its pretty useless anyway. Must stand on charger which is like a small plate. Its tippy when on charger. Not ideal but it works ok so far. Good for minor clean ups when you don't want to haul out a big machine. Doubt it'd pull dirt out of car carpet etc.
