These toothbrushes worked great as promised in the whole year me and my brother owned them. Yet, there is one huge problem, there is no replacement brush heads you can order from Amazon! Aquasonic was generous with giving 4 additional brush heads but again, cannot buy these replacement brush heads anywhere after one is done going through all 5 brush heads through the whole year of owning them. People are better off buying 'Oral-B' or 'Phillips' electric tooth brushes because, one can easily find the replacement brushes whether on Amazon or, your local stores. Don't believe me, read other user's reviews and the same con pops up.

Must move through each mode to turn off. Very loud. The odd shape of the head makes it easy to bump teeth. Pretty heavy and bulky.
Something is loose inside making it wobble and shake. Worked great until the last 2 months when the wobble got worse and worse. Actually prefer the old simple one without all the cleaning choices.

Had this toothbrush for only a few months— great to travel with thanks to the case, and I love the variety of settings and the automatic timers; however, I recently got home from a trip, and the grey bar that holds the head on was wobbly. No reason (it’s been stored in it’s case) and now it doesn’t work at all!!! If it weren’t for the few good months I’ve had with this toothbrush, I’d give it one star. I hope Philips can make this right!!!
