this product doesnt lie, it really does black out ur lights. i was planning on blacking out my headlights as it said in the description. it looks awesome, but for safety reasons its really not recommended and ill be removing it. unfortunately i cant use it for my taillights as its illegal in my state. however if u have a track car this would look great, especially on a light colored vehicle.

I didn’t have high hopes for this product given the previous reviews, but I went ahead anyway. The 50% film is basically non-transparent, WAYY too dark to put on a street-legal vehicle’s head or tail lights. The other complaint I have is the difficulty of application. Unless your head/tail lights are completely flat and square, I would advise passing on this stuff. It was next to impossible on my 2013 F150.
