Each serving is 10.5 oz, and use by date was 6-7-2023 on an order I placed 1-7-2023. Flavor is very much classic stew. Lots of chunky bits inside, just as you’d expect. If I had a complaint, it would be the broth is somewhat gelatinous, though perhaps that is better than being too liquid. With only 200 calories but 19% of your daily sodium (440mg), it is a bit of a salt bomb. In conclusion this was much better than I’d expected.

As for flavor, it's a bit mild, but with a little salt or other seasoning, the flavor jumps very significantly. If you like split pea, the flavor of this stew is very similar, but thicker. The smell is somewhat sweet, which can be off-putting for a savory dish. However, I think this simply shows how natural this dish is. The creators of this product allowed for natural ingredients, which makes for an interesting aroma. Not a bad aroma, just an unexpected one.
