Great product as I expect from Rough Country. Leveled the front of my 2016 Silverado.
I have a 2009 Silverado that I installed this kit on a few months ago. I have to say it makes the truck stand out quite nicely. You can definitely notice the lift getting into the driver / passenger seats. I haven't put on bigger tires because I don't want to mess with my MPG but I know it can fit larger than stock tires. It being lifted in front has no noticeable effect on MPG, but it does make the front suspension travel about .5 inches shorter, meaning it gets a little rough over speedbumps. Other than that there's no noticeable effect on handling, just make sure to get an alignment ASAP.
