Comes with everything you need except for salt and water. I really like the nice glass bottles, I’m not much of a plastic fan, having one additional glass bottle instead of the plastic ones would have been a plus for me. I’ve only made medium and have plenty of ingredients other than the apple cider vinegar to make more...I want to try hot next. Some recipes call for other ingredients, but kit is ready for mild, medium, and hot. Flavor is really good, I did add a splash of Cajun seasoning since I add it to just about everything.

I received this as a gift. The kit is very well put together, has good instructions and detail. I am looking forward to making some of my own creations with this. Now I can make my own sauces for salsa with this too. This would make a great gift for someone who likes it hot and likes to make their own.
This kit is great! I bought it for my boyfriend for his birthday and it was his favorite gift. He had a lot of fun making all of the hot sauces and he said they tasted great. (I don't do hot stuff.) It came with everything he needed and the labels are fun. The box smells wonderful as soon as you open it. He enjoyed it so much he said he wants to try to start making hot sauces on his own.
