Good but not great for my quilting project. I thought this would work perfectly for my project but for some of my squares it was too narrow and for the others the yellow markings obscured the edge of the fabric so I couldn't use it for that either. The ones that seems to be better for me are Fiscars and Easy Square Jr. Easy square Jr has just thin black lines every 1/2 inch with small indication of 1/4 inches. Fiskars has all the markings that Omnigrid uses but without the yellow strip they are easier to see precisely where you are. Quilting is a very precise work so I need to be able to see the edges very clearly.

Very sturdy ruler with clear marking and so very easy to read on dark or light fabrics. Note: someone in reviews here complained about "yellow blobs". Please realize those yellow blobs are not your actual measurement lines, they are simply *behind" the "accurate black lines" making it so very easy to read and follow. I love this ruler, everything I wanted. Good quality, reads well, very accurate, and fast shipping!

I had to do several searches to find this. I was just what wanted and more. Not only was the size perfect but the fact that it was an Omnigrip just made it better. These are great rulers. Well marked and accurate.
I have been using Omnigrid/grip rulers for over 30 years. They are a good product, the numbers on the ruler are easy to read and understand. The rulers were only packed in the mailing pouch with absolutely no packing materials of ANY kind! They should have been packed in bubble wrap. I left 3 stars due to poor packaging. Plexiglass is fragile, fortunately they didn't get broken.

I love Omnigrip rulers. This one is a very convenient size for my bagmaking. What a disappointment to open the package and fine a warped ruler. It rocks like a rocking chair. This will make being accurate impossible. Returning is a pain. I am very disappointed.
