Ok so I got one that was refurbished. I have no problem with getting a used item. No biggie. Saved me some money. But when I got it the lid was already opened would not shut. Called ilife. Said they would send a replacement top. Waited. Got a little black thing. Not a replacement top. Luckily I could still run it with the top up. So I atleast tried the product. It literally just drips water from the bottom and the cloth BARELY hits the water to wipe the floor. I got this just for the mop feature as I already have one for a vacuum. All in all it was a waste of my time and money. Definitely wish I had put more money into a better product.

For my lazy pandemic @$$ I love it! My dogs shed like crazy! It drives me mad always sweepingand vacuuming but now... Set it to run and I go about my business. It shuts off automatically and I empty it yaaaaaayyyyyy My only issues- 1. sometimes it sticks in a pattern and goes over the same area 4-5 times. So you have to keep an eye out. 2. The bin is kinda small so a large space may require an empty in between Ps / haven't used the mop feature yet

Full disclosure - we have more animals than people in the house, so the vacuum runs more often than not. However, this vacuum doesn’t have a chance in our home. We have it primarily on the main floor, approximately 1,250 sq ft. The collection bin in the vacuum gets PACKED SOLID with hair, and when it goes back to the recharging station to empty… well let’s just say it can’t. You see the two holes which it uses to extract the load into the base station aren’t big enough to pull the load out. So the bin just overflows until I manually empty the dust bin. (So the added cost of the emptying base wasn’t worth the price of admission) This is a design flaw that could easily be remediated by redesign; but that’s not going to fix what I’ve got now.. an overpriced “Fuller Brush”
For the money it’s great I would not pay extra for the ten mop it’s not great really doesn’t work at all. I very happy it’s great on dog hair!!!
My wife is bedridden and I am her caretaker and I don't have a lot of time to clean floors. I just push clean on the machine and walk away from it and let it do its job.

Vacuum was okay - nothing impressive. Mop was non-functional. I ended up returning after two weeks and purchased a different model
The N8 Pro+ does a great job of picking up pet hair, dust, and debris, but it can rarely empty itself without clogging. The “auto-empty” function clogs with pet hair at almost every cleaning cycle. The tank must then be manually emptied, rendering the auto-empty function mostly useless. Often, because the tank isn’t clearing, it requires extra cleaning of the drum and ports on the bottom. Blocking one of the two emptying ports of the base station with tape, today, may have improved the clogging issue. Very frustrating. The build quality of the N8 Pro+ is great. We were pleased with the initial setup and mapping. The app, however, is not intuitive and takes a bit of hunting around to find all the features. The battery life is fine for us, with about 750sq ft all hardwood floors and suction set to “standard”, it completes a full cycle in just over an hour on a single charge. With more floor, higher suction, or carpet, your results may vary. FYI, we have two short haired cats and one long haired dog, a challenge to be sure. The bot does a full house cycle every other day or so, but the ability to send it off to do only one room or area is very useful. The bot is good at getting under and around furniture, and has not eaten any socks, cords or pet tails, yet. The mopping function was a big selling point, but in reality, it mops in streaks. The mopping pad doesn’t make full contact with the floor and only leaves two small stripes of water trailing behind. Also, the pad must be cleaned or replaced with every cycle. It is better than no mopping, but really the vacuum does a great job of collecting even the finest dust. The maintenance of the water tank, pad, and fine particulate filters, however, are a bit of a pain. This thing needs a lot of attention, considering it’s meant to be autonomous and automatic. Perhaps, these are issues with any robot vacuum. We wish we had read other reviews more thoroughly. Several users have pointed out these same problems. With 10-15min of clean out and TLC at every cycle, we might be better off vacuuming by hand. First world problems…

I purchased the NEW item, but I received a used one. The water tank still has drops of water inside. The bottom of the machine are dusty. The cleaning brushes are still entangled with hairs. So disgusting. I am extremely disappointed.
