I normally love everything OXO Brand. These containers are great if they don’t crack. My first one was delivered cracked, I immediately returned for a new one. The company quickly sent a replacement but then a couple of months later they said they were going to charge me for the replacement if I didn’t return the damaged product. I sent the damaged one back immediately and have a receipt for proof. I had to call Amazon to get this resolved. Amazon was great and could see I had returned the damaged product. I even had an email from the company saying they had received my return. The fact I had to waste time out of my day to prove it didn’t make me happy. Now, the replacement is cracked. All I’ve done was pour flour into the container and it’s been sitting ever since. It’s like the weight of the flour caused the bottom to crack. These aren’t cheap so this is disappointing. Not sure if it’s worth the hassle of another return or if I will just cut my loss and move on. Don’t let this discourage you from OXO Brands, they are usually my favorite.
This is the one I was waiting for. It is rock solid, and the lid makes a great seal. I use it for my home blended coffee, and this keeps my grounds fresh. I think it would work great for cereal too. A good buy.

I can't think of one thing to improve on this product and I am PICKY! I love this container. Easy to use and looks great! Love the way the container flares out at the top making it easy to pick up. Crystal clear so easy to see through. Easy one touch button for strong airtight seal. Generous sized opening making it easy to measure without making a mess. I have already ordered two more.

Good looking canister and very easy to use. These canisters are used mainly larger sized dry storage goods (courser than flours) around my home. They come in both a clear and tinted variety and are easy to use one handed. The openings for this series are typically large for their volume making them easy to scoop from, while the square corners make for easy pouring. They are dishwasher safe... mostly... the tops of the canisters have parts that can be placed in the dishwasher upon twisting apart. That said I hand wash when needed.
So, great I ordered eight more. Love these.
I still keep my flour in the frig. Just habit I guess. Not necessary. A farmer once told me mealy bug eggs are already in flour. Eek! But, at least if the container is air tight they never hatch.
