I don't like to give anyone a bad review, we're all trying to do the best we can, but first of all the package which should have had nicely sliced dried mushroom pieces according to the image, was filled with crushed broken pieces, many very small. My attempt to rehydrate delivered a very tough and tasteless product. Thank you Amazon for giving me a refund. This product turned out to be not returnable, which I did not know. Manufacturer, you need to rethink this product, and certainly repackage it so it does not break up in many small pieces.
These are great canned mushrooms. I use them in my cooking and they never fail to deliver. It is a great relief to use a product as clean and healthy as Native Forest and these mushrooms always taste great. I will continue to order them in the future.

The best canned mushrooms I've had. Earthy taste. I use on pizza, add to pasta sauces, and put with the drippings from chicken and pork for a quick sauce/gravy. If I don't have fresh mushrooms, I add these to caramelized onions and put on bruschetta, top with cheese, then broil for a few minutes and serve as warm appetizers. Very handy pantry must-have in a can appropriately sized for no-waste fast meals for one or two.
These canned mushrooms are fantastic - I always have them on hand and use them frequently in my cooking. Taste is great!

These Crimini mushrooms can be used in many recipes. I just subscribed and saved last month and there was already a $10 increase in price. Convenient to use, but may have to go back to using the big bags of dehydrated mushrooms for economy. Quality is good and they're organic.
