The minerals work and you should feel some joint pain relief within 2 - 4 weeks of regular consumption. I do not like taking them on an empty stomach but you can. Taste? Bitter (see title)...Flavor? You are drinking MINERALS for pluck's sake so do not expect milk and honey...but they WORK! They are very concentrated minerals so I prefer taking them with a meal for better absorption. Give them a try. I believe that these are much better and more concentrated than over-the-counter like-products.
