This is an excellent deal for lactase pills, which are super expensive at the store, even the store brand. I have to take 2-3 of the highest strength pills, which really adds up as well. So, the good is the value for money. The not so good, and the reason for the 3-star review is 1) the larger quantity box has individually wrapped pills, one per wrapper. So wasteful! And a real pain to open, especially for the older folks. And 2) despite the ridiculous pill pocket for each pill, more than 50% were broken! Yet another irritation, having to dig out both halves from the pill pocket, assuming you didn't drop one of the halves. These are pretty small pills, good luck finding it on the floor. After all this, I'll probably go back to the CVS generic lactase.
