Lovely keyboard but does not appear to actually be flow compatible as claimed

I have tried everything I can think of to get flow to recognize this keyboard - my MX Master 3 mouse works fine on both systems; while the keyboard is paired and working fine with both systems, neither will allow me to add it - doesn't show up under the pulldown for flow compatible keyboards despite having updated to the latest beta of options+ on both systems. I can switch between systems with the keys, but flow is the reason I bought this one despite having a perfectly reasonable keyboard already. The look, feel, and performance of the keyboard is otherwise fine. Update: logitech support basically says reboot all your computers until it works - that didn't help; flow still doesn't recognize the keyboard. Update2: logitech support finally escalated to someone who got me the right version of logitech options (the default one and the beta both failed in that regard). Now it works with flow, but pushing the keyboard buttons doesn't switch both keyboard and mouse, which is annoying but not fatal. Anyway, giving back a couple of stars now that it works. The actual keyboard is great, by the way - good typing feel, layout, etc.

I love this keyboard. It is very solid and feels substantial when you hold it. Straight out of the box is connected immediately to my Mac. The keys have a nice silky feel to them and they make a satisfying, quick "click." There is also a slight angle on this keyboard that makes it ergonomically comfortable. I don't game, so no idea how that would be, but I do write a lot and this is absolutely great for that. It's also very attractive. I have nothing negative to say, so if you need a nice small bluetooth keyboard that is aesthetically pleasing and works great... this is it!

I was looking for a compact keyboard to carry with me, on the go. I have a Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 and access to Samsung Dex and an ASUS 15 inch portable monitor. I wanted a keyboard I could use easily with those devices to mimic a PC experience away from home. I also have other Logitech products so the MX Keys Mini wasn't a hard choice. This keyboard has been fun to use. Connection - Connecting to my phone was simple. I turned it on and my phone immediately found it and connected easily. When I turn the keyboard on now, it automatically syncs with my phone. I have not experienced any lag or connection issues when using this. Typing - It has been great. I am not the fastest typer in the world but I am above average. The keys feel great when typing and I have not had any issues with input not being recognized. If you press it, it shows up. Back-lit - I enjoy having a back-lit keyboard. While you cannot turn off the back light, you do have the option to dim or brighten it. The light is a bright white color (not a yellow white). The back light will also time out and go dark if not used for a certain amount of time. The keyboard also seems to have a sensor built into it because it will light up if your hand gets close to the keyboard. Moving the keyboard will also light it up. Angle - This keyboard has one angle with the way it was made. It does not have any feet to change the angle and it cannot go flat. For now, the angle has been ok for me. Power - It has a built in rechargeable battery. I charged it when I got in and that was on November 20th. I have used it for a grand total of about 3-4 hrs. I have yet to recharge it. Recharging is simple as it takes a USB-C cable and I have plenty of those. Overall, this has been a great keyboard for me. It is portable, easy to use, and feels great.

I have tried a number of portable keyboards over the years and while most are lightweight and compact they all seem to lack the feel and placement needed to get the best typing experience. This Logitech keyboard really provides an excellent typing experience in a compact package. The keys have nice feedback and they are rather large and easy to access. The backlighting is nice and bright (albeit the fading effect is a little annoying). The icing on the cake is that this easily switches between 3 different devices. I can seamlessly transition from my personal desktop to my work laptop without the need for another keyboard or a KVM switch. The price is on the high side for a portable keyboard but considering the quality and the functionality, this is well worth the premium.

Logitech has done a great job with its keyboards. I own the craft keyboard and bought this for my mother-in-law. I thought that the MX Keys mini had the same look and feel as my craft as well as the awesome build quality but in a much smaller design. This is the keyboard to get when you need one on the go. I like these over the Apple keyboard. Both my mother-in-law and I use are keyboards on Mac OS and not have had any problems.

This keyboard is very frustrating, its bluetooth doesn't pair with my windows 7, although I use "LOGITECH Bolt USB Receiver": but it doesn't pair either, I tried to plug in usb-c cable to use the keyboard, but found out The keyboard's usb-c cable doesn't support data, I can't use the keyboard, so I have to return the keyboard!

Had it for a day. Have the larger one too. It’s great. This one? Not so great. Connecting it to a Dell XPS. I can use fn and arrow up down for page up and down, but I have not found a way to do home and end functions. I was working in a 700 page document today. Disappointing.

This keyboard offers vastly different experiences depending on the operative system you’re using it with. I’ll start with the TL;DR: - Typing experience: Among the best for a low profile non-mechanical keyboard. - The experience on Mac: The familiar Mac keyboard layout you’re already accustomed to. This is the best low profile wireless minimal keyboard for programming and writing on Mac. 5/5. - The experience on PC: A little too minimal for PC, and a little too minimal for a programmer unless you give up on some of the multimedia functionalities. 3/5. The multi-device experience: As good as it get, and with perfect simplicity. Adds a lot to the experience in any device. Over all: My final rating is the mean between the pc and mac experiences, to 4/5. And now my full review: -Typing experience: The build of this keyboard is stellar. It’s very firm and heavier than what it looks, which helps the keyboard to stay in place while typing, but not so much that it would leave a mark on my desk pad. The texture of the keys feels nice and soft to the touch, which adds to the premium feeling. The natural angle of this keyboard makes it really comfortable to write on it, and the travel of the keys is very good for a low profile keyboard. This keyboard gave me the best typing experience any non-mechanical keyboard has given me. The lights are bright enough to look nice during the day, and in the night they give it an amazing look, almost as if the keyboard itself was projected on the desk. But it was somewhat annoying that I couldn’t control the time it takes for the lights to go off, as it feels as if the lights take too little time to turn off. -The experience on Mac: The layout of this keyboard is almost exactly the same as its apple equivalent, with the difference in the placement of the Function key and the fact that this keyboard has a dedicated delete button, so you don’t need to type Fn + Backspace to have the delete function, which is too commonly used to not have a dedicated key for it. This also comes in several colours and not only in white as its equivalent from apple. It’s important to note that this layout permits to perform all the functionalities a keyboard can offer on a mac, as the home, end, page up, and page down keys are not used on mac, and instead commands are used. So no functionality is lacking for writing and programming, and the programable multimedia keys only add to the experience. However, a right control key would’ve made this keyboard the ultimate compact keyboard for mac. The pairing process is extremely easy, but it took me a couple attempts to figure out that I needed to press enter after inputting the numbers the computer asked. But after the initial pairing, just turning on the keyboard is enough to wake my mac, and it pairs almost instantly. The experience using the built in bluetooth of my mac was excellent, with no noticeable lag, and no pairing problems whatsoever in a week of use. All on all, if you are using an apple ecosystem, this is the best keyboard you can purchase, as it functions exactly as its apple equivalent does, with the added feature of being able to switch between your devices. All this with it being only a few dollars more expensive, so there’s no real reason not to prefer this one, so this is a 5/5 star if you use Mac. -The experience on PC: For windows this is more of a casual keyboard, as it lacks important keys for coding and writing. Unless you’re already accustomed to a keyboard this minimal, the full size version of this keyboard is a better experience on PC. This keyboard would’ve been perfect for windows if it were a tenkeyless keyboard or if at least there was an added column to the right with the missing keys to make this still almost as minimal without loosing functionalities. The pairing process for windows was slightly less easy to pair than on mac, but it was still very simple. However, if your pc does not have bluetooth built in, you will need to expend over 30 CAD to get the version with the Logi Bolt usb receiver (The new usb receiver, not the old one) included, or spend 20 CAD in the Logitech store page to get just the receiver. It’s to be noted that the be recovered via the programmable multimedia keys, but at this price point I would expect to use the programable keys for added functionalities instead of recovering missing functionalities. So I find the full size version to be a better option for pc, as it’s the same price as this, it includes the usb receiver, and still preserves the same aesthetic. Given this points, I cannot give more than 3/5 stars on pc for professional use. -The multi-device experience: This experience depends directly on the quality of the built-in bluetooth of your devices, so for me it was very fast and almost flawless. A few times it can take a couple of seconds to change between devices, but this is as good as it gets with the current state of the technology.

Wow... so much worse than the full sized MX keyboard

I have the full sized MX keyboard and love it! I was hesitant a first because of the price, but the typing experience and backlight made it absolutely worth it. When I was shopping for a new keyboard for a very small desk and saw this new MX Mini model, I immediately purchased it. WOW, instant disappointment as soon as I tried to set it up. There is absolutely no reason at a $99 price point that this keyboard would not come with the new “Bolt” USB receiver. The Bluetooth connection is horrible, and it constantly disconnects. Also there is a delay of a couple key strokes for it to reconnect after a few minutes pause in typing, which means I constantly have to backspace and start over since it missed the first few letters. So basically, Logitech is selling a hundred dollar keyboard that doesn’t work unless you purchase the Bolt receiver for an extra $15. Stay away! Or just go buy the full sized MX instead.

For some reason apple decided that users don't need matching keyboard for space gray trackpad, so I have been looking for keyboard. I have tried several other keyboard on the market including Satechi X1 which while looking good on picture are very cheaply made and has terrible battery life and consistently produces multiple key stokes. This keyboard is truly amazing for some one who types a lot, battery life is good and key are from very nice soft touch plastic. I cannot recommend it enough.
