With established social media platforms and advertising channels providing detailed insight in regards to website traffic, understanding consumer sentiment--i.e., volume--is one of the more challenging areas to analyze. Volume refers how people express their opinions on our brand's products/services/marketing efforts via various touchpoints; these voices come together as an aggregate that can tell us what consumers need or expect from us – why consumers make purchases with us over others.

Identifying any recurring issues or concerns can help in making necessary adjustments to enhance the overall customer experience. Remember, customer satisfaction is crucial for building a loyal customer base and driving positive word-of-mouth recommendations. By prioritizing customer satisfaction, you can increase the chances of success in the Kalamata category on Amazon.

Costco quit carrying the kalamata olives I used to buy. I found these on amazon and decided to give them a try, and I am glad I did. These olives are so good and priced fairly. Now I have them on subscribe and save, so I will continue to have them on hand. Give them a try. You will not be sorry.

Super happy with these! I love kalamata olives and took a chance on pitted "baby" ones, hoping they wouldn't just be destroyed. Win! They are in beautiful shape and I'm really surprised they were as cheap as they were! Tasty, perfect morsels, perfectly pitted and brined, these are going to be on subscription. Some say they're really salty, and while they are a bit salty, my opinion is they are normal in that regard, no need to rinse. I like to take a small Ball jar and fill it with the olives which I remove with a large slotted spoon leaving the brine behind in the jug. I then take 4-8 whole, peeled cloves of garlic, slice them in half , place the halves down in the olives and then fill the jar with a good Olive oil (doesn't take much with these, they're small and take up lots of jar space. After even 1 day in the fridge they taste amazing, mellows out the sharpness of the Olive just a bit and adds a wonderful dimension flavor while leaving the Olive flavor front and center. Great buy, I'd recommend to anyone!

My wife and I eat kalamata olives with all of our green salads. These are delicious. They are more expensive on Amazon than at Costco but during the pandemic it shore beats having to go to Costco. I highly recommend 'em. We are currently on our 2nd or 3rd order and I'll order 'em again when I run low.

Great taste, small size was not an issue. A 6oz had at my local grocery costs between $6-$8. A real money saver.

I have purchased these olives for years and loved them. The most recent jar I purchased has different ingredients, including sunflower oil that we can't have. This is really disappointing because there doesn't seem to be a note of this on the product listing. The product packaging has a new label, which is what made me look at the ingredients, but the product photos on amazon are still pictures of the old label. When you are reordering an item, and you see the same basic information on the first screen, I feel like you are unlikely to double check ingredients and reviews. This feels deceptive. Now I'm not sure what I am going to do with 4.4 lbs of olives we can't eat. I'm really going to miss my olives.
