Based on the data provided, it seems that customers are primarily motivated to buy genetic tests based on the product description. This suggests that customers are interested in learning about the specific features and benefits of the product before making a purchase. Some possible reasons why product description is the top feature could be that genetic tests are a complex and technical product, and customers want to understand exactly what they are getting before making a purchase. Additionally, genetic tests may have important implications for a customer's health or well-being, so they want to make sure they are making an informed decision. To optimize Amazon listings for genetic tests, it would be important to focus on creating detailed and informative product descriptions that highlight the key features and benefits of the product. This could include information about the specific genetic markers that the test analyzes, as well as any potential health implications or other relevant information. Additionally, it may be helpful to include customer reviews or testimonials that speak to the accuracy and effectiveness of the test. Finally, pricing and advertising should also be considered, as these factors can also play a role in customer decision-making.

I got the kit, but repeated calls to 23andme to find out what happen to my results leads to nothing.....been in 1-3 day review since Sept 21 (its now middle of November) ......if they can't even keep track or actually find my sample, I have to question the quality of results or interpretation for something more complex like DNA analysis.
Unsure of the findings because of recent claims of fraudulent results. Not very informational as far as family tree. Tried it because it was on sale for $99 but would not recommend it even at that price moving forward.

I had “23 and Me” do my DNA some time ago. I am very satisfied with their continuing reports. Sooooo For this Christmas I gave one to each of my sons and my daughter in laws a kit, as well as a grandson who has been hinting for several years he want to do one. They were a hit on Christmas Morning.

We were surprised to see the volume of information available from 23 & Me. We completed one family member's profile and found it so interesting that we ordered yet another for another person in the family Further, we were able to get the second profile on sale--about half what we paid for the first. Bet thing--finding out the genetic history of family --more interesting than the geneological background. Better to know what your DNA is about rather than whose aunt or uncle came from where.
