You also upload an app (Fitdays) to your phone, put in your specifications, and synchronize it by holding the phone near the scale once on for just a second. It then brings up your exact weight, along with BMI, how much Visceral Fat, other types of Fat, and so many other important things to know. It also keeps track of your goal weight and tells you how much you have lost since starting with the scale. I got it because I was trying out a new weight loss program, and I lost 4 pounds in the first four days. Having the proof right there in my hand and on the digital scale was awesome! I would say buy this now before the cost goes up!
