I purchased this item several months ago for a boat rebuild I was working on. After installation the gauge would not read at all. I did some troubleshooting, and was able to narrow it down to a bad gauge - disconnected the sending unit wire 0 resistance should = full tank. Sent the seller a message and asked to return and/or replace it with another one. After waiting a month for the new gauge to come in, I installed it today and the new gauge also does not work. I double checked all wiring and verified the gauge was getting power using a volt meter. I assumed that it may be on my end because it should be highly unlikely that two gauges dont work, but not in this case.
