I most definitely recommend Night shred from Inno Sups. I’m not usually a supplement type of guy, other than the simple protein powder after a workout. However, Night Shred has been a great addition to my routine. I take two capsules before bed and, unlike a regular melatonin supplement, I don’t get super drowsy after 30 or 45 minutes.
