There is good, quality lab equipment out there for businesses on a tight budget - this is not in that group. Packaging is sloppy, consisting of only a cardboard box too large for the item - no padding or wrapping. I couldn't get the backsplash or drain pan to line up right and finally realized it was because the welds on each side aren't symmetrical, making the whole thing skewed. The metal tabs at the bottom of the backsplash are to (I'm assuming) secure the backsplash to the rack, but you have to fold them differently on each side because the rack is loopsided - and they are razor-sharp. Sliced my fingers open twice. The side weld of the top rack broke before it was even on the wall, then the middle weld broke when placing a cylinder one it. Not a secure environment for expensive lab glassware. Heed the reviews, don't go there.

I am using this for a home dairy and farm lab, running milk checks and fecal counts. This rack should last forever, as we are only using it for drying our milker parts and test tubes/beakers. Very compact and seems to collect the drip water completely.

This is a cheap item, the hardware was lacking and/or missing, and no instructions for how to mount it. To top it off, the pegs point in all different directions. I'm not sure if I want this displayed in my lab.
The goods I ordered have arrived, and the quality of the products is very satisfying, and it is much cheaper than similar products. I think if I need it later, I will still buy it.
Pegs will not lock into a secure position. As is, it is not suitable for glassware. I'm going to try gluing the pegs.
