I went to the site and tried 4 times to fill out the form which promised a free lifetime warranty promotion, and it wouldn’t work. Eventually, I called and got their outsourced customer service center in Durka Durkastan. Someone who sounded like he was working out of his kitchen said he would pass it along to his manager and I would hear from someone. That’s the last I heard from them. I only buy them because they only cost $99, and don’t last long. Horrible customer service.

You really can’t tell I’m wearing them. I have one ear I can’t barely hear anything out of. I tried Over the ear high dollar ones only to have every sore earlobe for i west glasses. For the best volume on these have it less than half & you will be happy. It took me minute figure out how to wear it in my ear & it stays in & fits when the pull could use on top. Give it try fir they money you can’t beat it! Very happy ❤️✌️From 61 year … After I was with family last week, was told I talk too loud… guess it’s from hearing loss.
My Mom hears better on these than she did on her hearing aids.they even charged us for tests and to adjust them whenever she needed to. these are so simple and cheap, and they work better for her. i was pretty surprised but we were sick of spending all the money so we gave them a try!
