Everything went perfect with the delivery and even picking room of choice . My dad asked them to unpack it to check for damages the company was polite and respectful and did unwrap it and taken out the package it came in to trash . Our old oven box was to small since my brother in law is a carpenter and knows electric as well he was hired to do the cabinet box and install . Once I get the paint done I'm sure it will look awesome . The old oven box added shelves to place microwave toaster oven and bread machine worked out well beings this house has a double pantry that we used to make it happen .

Was very easy to install. After removing my existing double wall oven, I had to add a 8 inch spacer and floor to the original opening. Oven slid right in.
We received these ovens and the clip to the control panel was broken from the very start. We had our contractor here and we needed to get them installed. We glued the clip and the control panel was attached. After using the oven less than a dozen times, an error code appeared F45. I followed the instructions in the book and did as instructed. The error code continues to appear. After turning the circuit breaker off a few times I can eventually get the oven to operate. The error code appears every time I use the oven. Frigidaire started a warranty claim and sent somebody out....he made a phone call and proceeded to tell me I need news fans installed. I am shocked that not only was the face plate broken but the fans in the double ovens don't work either. These ovens were installed early November 2020. So now they need to be removed from the wall and I was told I needed my contractor to come back out to help the repairman. I do not recommend this company for appliances. Extremely disappointed to not have working ovens and the inconvenience. The few times they worked, I was reasonably satisfied. I will add they are quite noisy. If I had the option I would just return them.
 Do not buy!! First off, it came with the front glass shattered. They took care of that no cost and replaced that. Now that it’s finally installed on our remodel after being in a box inside for 4+ months, it started beeping an error code in the 2ND USE!! We literally got one evening of cooking and it’s already broken and showing an error code. I’m beyond frustrated since we have waited and saved for 5 years to finally purchase a double oven. This SHOULD never happen on a brand new product. Brand NEW!!! Do not waist your time or hard earned money on this product, brand or the SELLER!! Edit: we contacted Frigidaire and they said the appliance we bought was not new and had already been registered to an owner before we bought it. This was a used and faulty appliance that the seller knew about and scams people out of money..falsely advertising a “new” appliance at full price that was actually broken and used. The seller refuses to take action or accountabilityyy. We will be filing a claim and pressing charges on the seller and company!! DO NOT BUY!!!

Regarding the short electrical cable on this oven, take the electrical cable off the old oven and splice the cables in a junction box at the bottom of the new oven. At the big orange store, I got a shallow 4" square junction box, a cover, a bag of three 1/2" flexible metal conduit connectors, and a bag of a dozen big blue wire nuts for under $10. Mount the junction box to the cabinet with 3 wood screws. To lift the oven to the proper height, take off the doors, and pile up some lumber, lifting it up an inch at a time from each side. Or you can get a Harbor Freight hydraulic table. When replacing a door, tilt it to make the top of the hinge bracket horizontal.

Fit and finish is great. Works awesome. We had it professionally installed and cabinets had a smaller oven so carpenter was able to open the hole up. Looks amazing and it cooks so much better than the old oven. I can say this is in a whole nother league of its own.
