Sales, a key metric of costs and profits for any business, is the most intuitive and accessible data. With established social media platforms and advertising channels providing detailed insight in regards to website traffic, understanding consumer sentiment--i.e., volume--is one of the more challenging areas to analyze. Volume refers how people express their opinions on our brand's products/services/marketing efforts via various touchpoints; these voices come together as an aggregate that can tell us what consumers need or expect from us – why consumers make purchases with us over others.

Based on the data provided, it appears that the product in question has a total of 1465 reviews on Amazon, but the average rating is not available (NaN). This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as a technical issue or a lack of consistent ratings across all reviews. Without knowing the specific product or category, it's difficult to make a definitive conclusion about customer satisfaction. However, the fact that there are a significant number of reviews suggests that the product has been popular and has generated a lot of interest among customers. If you are considering purchasing this product, it may be helpful to read through some of the reviews to get a better sense of what customers are saying. Look for patterns in the feedback, such as common complaints or issues that customers have experienced. This can help you make a more informed decision about whether or not the product is right for you. Overall, it's important to keep in mind that customer satisfaction can be subjective and may vary from person to person. It's always a good idea to do your research and read reviews before making a purchase, especially if you are unsure about a product's quality or performance.

Target your customers through customer profile

Voice of customer analysis and audience research are key elements when targeting customers through customer profile. By leveraging Amazon review analysis and other data sources, sellers can gain insights into their customers preferences and behaviors, which can be used to craft targeted solutions and develop a successful product profile. Additionally, this data can also be used to create more effective campaigns that attract the right customers and boost sales.

Ship products your customers love through sentiment analysis

Through sentiment analysis, businesses can uncover consumer dissatisfaction with products, automatically decompose NR and PR, and present product quality issues, packaging suggestions, marketing loopholes, and inadequate service in a digitalized format. By finding problems in VOC and combining them with a set of quality problem solving processes (CTQs), businesses can form a closed loop from problem to action, thereby achieving continuous iteration and optimization of product quality. In addition, analyzing customer emotion data can help companies foresee emerging trends ahead of competitors and tailor their products to meet customers' needs.

Price is also a factor, but to a lesser extent, with only 20% of mentions. It's unclear what the undefined category refers to, but it's possible that it could be related to other features or benefits of the product. Given that brand reputation is the top motivator for buyers, it's important for sellers to focus on building and maintaining a strong brand image. This can be done through various means, such as providing high-quality products, excellent customer service, and engaging with customers on social media. In terms of product description, it's clear that this is a crucial feature for buyers. Sellers should ensure that their product descriptions are clear, detailed, and highlight the key features and benefits of the product. Based on the customer expectations mentioned, it seems that the customers are looking for a DAT (Digital Audio Tape) product that has a 1 inch width, can record for 30 minutes, and is available for odd duck. Firstly, it's important to note that the 1 inch width requirement is quite specific and may limit the potential customer base. However, if there is a demand for this size, it could be a unique selling point for the product. The 30 minute recording time is also a specific requirement, which suggests that the customers may be using the DATs for shorter recordings or projects. This could be an opportunity for sellers to develop a product that caters to this specific need, such as a smaller capacity DAT that is more affordable or easier to use. The mention of availability for odd duck suggests that the customers may be looking for a product that is not widely available or mainstream. This could be an opportunity for sellers to target niche markets or develop a product that caters to specific needs or preferences. In terms of product development prioritization, sellers should focus on meeting the specific requirements mentioned by the customers, such as the 1 inch width and 30 minute recording time. Additionally, they could consider developing products that cater to niche markets or specific needs, such as odd duck customers. For marketing promotion factors, sellers could highlight the unique selling points of their product, such as the 1 inch width or availability for odd duck. They could also target specific audiences or markets that may be interested in these features, such as musicians or audio enthusiasts. Additionally, they could consider offering promotions or discounts to attract customers who are looking for a specific type of DAT product.

Stick with DIGITAL!
TDK, Maxell, BASF etc.. made some fantastic quality / sounding tapes not only for Cassettes (1/8" / 4 Track / 2 Channel @ speed of 1 7/8" IPS - Inches per second) - the common 3 grades of tapes available back in the 70's - 90's were General use (Type 1, "Ferric"), High Bias Type II or "Chrome" and the best/most expensive was the "Highest Bias" -Type IV / "Metal" (people ask "what happened to "Type III" or was there a Type III - Yes, a Sony/BASF double layer using a Ferric/Chrome formula that never caught on. Now - what's the difference and can any formula tape be used on any tape deck - The tape formula names provide a general idea of the oxide side of the tape (the side you record on) chemical formula - e.g. what metals were mixed with Ferrite (basically Iron) to improve the oxide layers ability to store sound via magnetic particles rearranged to reproduce the signal from the input devices (mic/cdplayer etc..) The quality difference between the formulas simply put, is the higher grade tapes can take a much "hotter / higher level/"Bias" signal without distorting which is partly caused by oversaturating the oxide layer. Why do u want a hotter signal / higher bias when recording - especially recording complex sounds like music that has a wide dynamic range (the high and low amplitudes - e.g mellow acoustic guitar then loud bass drums) - if u can record these sounds at the highest level before distortion then the softer sounds won't have hiss/noise in background - that can be measured in terms like SNL% (signal to noise ratio). The measurements/ratings of the Tape and Tape player can get very complex - ig interested there are may good articles and videos on the subject. But the fact is that Metal Tapes and withstand very high bias levels, therefore lower noise floor & better overall freq response range - combined with a HQ tape deck - you can almost reach the performance of a VG Consumer level Reel to Reel (20-25Hz to 18-22,000 Hz +/- 3 db). The major limitations for Cassette decks even the high end Nakamichi ($5-7,000 on used market) is the SLOW tape speed, the THIN 1/8" wide tape further complicated by 4 Track only Design & limited tape length space in cassette shell. Reel to Reel wide (1/4" to 2" wide depending on # of tracks, purpose & Speeds up 30" IPS vs. 1.875" for cassettes) Faster speed, wider tapes capture more magnetic sound information per sq in on the tape, more info = better dynamic range = richer sound = wider freq response. Cassette technology uses other compensating technologies like Dolby & DBX noise reduction/dynamic range expanders, and as discussed advanced tape formulas. If you want the ULTIMATE Home System that borders on Studio without taking out a second mortgage - there are many Reel to Reel semi professional or even professional (eg Revox, Otari) that differ from Hi End Consumer because they are "Ugly" no shiny bells/whistles but are built like tanks and sound fantastic - less expensive than the ridiculously overpriced Technics & high end Akai, which ARE NOT Pro machines - just cool looking Consumer but do have many Pro features (had to add those in order to get the ridiculous prices) - I have an Otari MX5050BII2 and a Sony Tube based TC200 R2R decks, Akai GXF90 & Onkyo TA207 3 head cassette decks. CASSETTE Deck minimum - must have 3 heads, 3 motors, full logic control transport, Dolby NR (type "C" or better) - Stabilized Transport system - Manual or Auto (I prefer manual) Tape bias system supporting the 3 types of tape listed above. Good to have - Direct Drive capstan as Direct Drive is better than belt drives but more $$, Almost a must have - is Dual Capstan for better tape handling and lower "Wow &Flutter" - things that are "fancy" but totally unnecessary and are prone to breakdown/difficult to repair - this goes for R2R as well - AUTOREVERSE - bad idea- to play a tape side B u flip the tape - not a big deal until some engineer came up with flipping the play head instead - NIGHTMARE - in complex parts - and maintaining head alignment - there's a reviewer here that claims his batch of tapes were bad because when his tape machine (I bet) automatically started playing Side B by flipping head around and running machine backwards the tape got chewed and tracks were playing backwards - that is the head not aligned - all the mechanical tape machine have dozens of tiny moving parts levers and springs that are factory greased, that grease over 30-50 years LITERALLY turns to GLUE making all moving parts seize up or move only 80% instead of 100% - a millimeter off can cause massive problems when your tape is only 1/8" wide - and u r splitting that into 4 tracks (Stereo Sidea and Side B) - that is 1/8 divided by 4 tracks = 1/32" per track - has to aligned perfectly on all 8 planes - 4 segment tape to 4 segment tape head. Why purposely flip the head around to save someone having to get up and Flip the tape after an hour of music?? Some of the old machines are built very well but these machines require regular maintenance & when a guy on EBAY says "lights up when plugged in, don't know how to test further - $1,000 no returns/no guarantee - unless u really know about product/seller - stay away. I don't gamble with my money or my customer's money (I restore Hi End Vintage electronics / Tube amps/Consumer Electronics - like that Otari that I decided to keep.) - Drives me crazy when these guys with dozens of pieces of electronic gear on their storefront & they have been doing this for years says he doesn't know how to test a tape deck or Turntable? To be fair there are buyers who order expensive equipment, steal parts from it and then return it saying it doesn't work.... The good news is tape is going through a resurgence, there are now 2 major manufactures of new Tape - ATR in the USA and RTM in Europe - excellent quality Reel to Reel Tape from 1/4" to 2" and now they R offering Cassette tape in various lengths complete ready to use and in bulk with empty shells to cut and build your own if u want. The tape formulas for cassettes over the years were improved aver the years so that the Type I formulas were combined with Type IV making hybrids that are far less expensive than the insane prices being charged for New Old Stock and even old used tapes ($40 for one ratty old Type IV tape with writing all over the shell I recently saw on Ebay, I think he found it under the drivers seat of his rusted 76 Camaro up on blocks in his driveway for the last 15 years- LOL). Check out the 2 major Tape manufacturing companies website & I think they have stores here on Amazon as well. Smaller Boutique companies are popping up using their own tape formulas - RTM is making the old BASF tapes using their famous tape formulas with some "improvements" SM900, SM911 & SM468, ATR is a lot like the old Ampex company but without the "Sticky Tape Syndrome" that drove that company under - they make their 1.5 mil ATR Master Tape & their EDS 36 extended play (1.0 mil thick so more footage using same size reel - claims the performance is virtually the same between the 2 types & they R close to same price for a 10.5" reel but the ATR Master is 2500' long and the EDS36 on same size reel is 3,600' long 1.5mm vs 1.0mm thickness is why - tape is offered as NAB adapter Pancake, or Plastic Reel or on Metal Reel with fantastic Professional locking storage case with hanging handle. - They just introduced alongside their Type 1 (Normal Bias) Cassettes a Type II Cobalt Silver and a Type II Cobalt Gold line both are High Bias Type II cassette tapes - These are worth a look - comparably priced with these TDK/Maxell etc.. New Old Stock/discontinued from companies no longer make these products or R no loner in business period. These are fresh new tapes

I have used quite a few open reel tapes over the years. If you own a reel to reel you know that all tapes do not sound alike. On my machine I have to say that these tapes deliver the goods (Both sides). No tape shed since I have been using them, or problems with squeaks in the tape transport. The coating they apply to the tape is a bit strong and that worried me at first but the scent does dissipate in a few days, and I have not had any problems. No drop outs, or dull spots at all. I REALLY love these tapes. If you love recording you owe it to yourself to give these a try. I purchased the red take up reel to match and the red reels really make my tape deck pop.
I think these tapes were stored in a hot warehouse somewhere for a long period of time. Their recording quality was O.K. but not consistently.

I picked up a bunch of Reshow Cassette tapes because my local stores no longer carry them (one retailer told me sold well, despite what he considered a limited use, but that he couldn't get stock anymore so discontinued them). These are brand new (new old stock?) and come individually wrapped. The shrink wrap has helped keep their storage pristine, meaning no aging / rot on the tape portion. a I am a retro-gamer and developer, and have a C64 with Tape Drive. These Reshow Audio Cassette Tapes worked flawlessly in the Tape Drive for both saving data, and retrieving it. For newer tech, fast loading algorithms require high fidelity with bias. I'm happy to report that fast loaders like Turbo Tape run quite well on this cassette. The long length of the tape is excellent for extended storage. I have not used these for audio recording yet but plan to. Bottom line: excellent performance, good price on increasingly harder to find media, and new stock / high quality. I think these tapes better than Sony and Maxell tapes. I picked up 10 of these, because I didn't want to take a chance on this listing disappearing. Found it cheaper to buy multiple singles over the five pack. Arrived very quickly. Very happy.
