As I noted in my review of  , "As every person in the world knows, crutches are the biggest drain on humanity this side of Nicholas Sparks. Yes, they might help my leg problem, but here's a new armpit problem for you to deal with while you're hobbled!" Sorry, couldn't help myself repeating that one, it included a joke I was proud of and relevant information. Anyway, after I tore my ACL (playing basketball like a stud), I needed crutches. I hate crutches (should be obvious at this point of the review). These made the crutchin' a little more palatable. I can't give the product 5 stars because crutchin' still sucks. You need to graduate to a cane as soon as humanly poss. No one ever said "Hey! look at that sexy guy on crutches". Not once in the past million years has that been said. You've got a better chance of finding a leprechaun in Mobile, Alabama than you do of picking up chicks when you're on crutches. Not that I'd know... These things add some padding. To be honest, I'd like more padding. I also think the part that goes around the handle area is a little flimsy. That being said, I'd still recommend this product to anyone who had the unfortunate need for crutches. There is a similar product that comes with a pouch to put stuff in, since you can't carry stuff when you're crutchin'. My daughter's second time on crutches I got her the Crutcheze pads and pouch. They are wonderful!! She has never complained of sore hands or arms. The pouch gets used a lot and it is very handy. Do yourself a favor if you have to be on crutches for any time at all, get these pass and the pouch. We got the color purple and after 6 weeks it still looks like new and we never had the color come off on clothes. Very happy with this product!!
