I had bad stomach pains and saw that this type has 1500mm of MSM instead of 750mm. I read that MSM can cause these pains as well as other side effects. Took 1 pill and had a reaction I am near certain of it. Arrythmia / irregular heart rythm yes I have pre-existing issues but I definitely felt the difference and took a home ECQ and it showed it. The boswella serrata I believe in it. They say not to take it with blood thinners I dont but I do take meds for my hear rythym/rate and 1st time felt like this for sure. If you have any pre-existing heart concerns my .02 is dont buy it
