2.14.21 —> Very rarely do we write reviews, but this ice cream make (ICE70) is awesome! Read reviews where people stated they “would never buy store bought ice cream again!”, thought they were being a bit over the top. At this point, I have to agree with their statements! Our 1st batch (chocolate chocolate chip) was unbelievably good, shocked as to how good it was and how basic it was...thinking it may have been beginners luck, made a batch of vanilla bean which may have been better then the chocolate chocolate chip. So far so good. 2 Batches in and we are very happy! Hoping the ICE70 can stand the test of time. If it does not, will update this review. Note: 1. Make sure to freeze the freezer bowl for at least 12 hours. —> DO NOT TOUCH the inside of the bowl after freezing...very, very, very cold! 2. Use an easy pour, spouted mixing bowl...the entry on top is thin. 3. Make sure to put the mixer/blender into the bowl before pouring mixture in....the bowl is so cold, the mix touching the metal inside instantly freezes, preventing easy fit of mixer/blender into the correct spot. 2.21.21 —> Freezer bowl does not seem to be working as well as day 1...does not freeze as well as the 1st few freezes...making soupy ice cream...ice cream is luke-warm after 25 minutes in ice cream maker. Can not stand by our original 5 Star review...moving it to a 3. If the next batch or 2 turn out soupy, we will be returning the product. 2.27.21 —> Freezing bowl is doing better....had to let the mixtures sit overnight, vs a few hrs, to get very, very cold. Unfortunately now, the Lid will not stay in place while the machine is running...does not seem to effect the production quality much, but for the amount of $ this cost, this should not happen. Will leave it at a 3 Star review. If the machine breaks/falls apart, will update.

NOT IN A MILLION. 24 hours in YOUR freezer and the transfer liquid gets cold (THEORETICALLY) and you get ice cream... etc.. two step 24 hour process... SADLY. after 24 hours it propduces SLUSH... should be "ice cream cooler and churner...
