I ordered two sets of chairs; one set arrived fine; in the other set, one chair was broken. Given the apparent frailty of the product, I'm not sure how long they will last in my classroom. There also doesn't seem to be a way to return them... No packing list included, no return instructions.

I purchased these stools in October for my guided reading table. We had been moving chairs over to this table whenever we used the table and having these stools has been great. They are colorful and comfortable. I do have one stool that is already breaking at the top where the seat meets the leg. It is still useable but I am not sure how long it will last. This is disappointing and I just checked to see what the return window is and it seems as though Amazon only allows 1 month for a return. Since this is a "commercial furniture" item, I would expect that they would be holding up to children's use.

I bought these for my classroom. The colors are great and bright. However, when I took them out of the box, the seat was broken off of the yellow one. It is not repairable because it is molded plastic and not screwed on. That was a big disappointment. I won't buy them again. I have bought others at IKEA Store that I have had for 3 years now and not a problem. I just wanted the cool colors. Oh well.
