Bolt thread is wrong for an 06. Needed a skid spacer in a Hurry since UCF skids don't clear auto transmissions. Ordered this and had to go to Ace for the correct bolts. Guess nothing fits anymore and you may as make everything yourself. Either way, the isolation part does the trick for a spacer.
