Pro's- Easy to light, takes about 3-5 minutes to get hot enough to add your incenses. Great for the price, there's enough briquets in the box to last you a while. Con's- After initial light up, there's a particular smell, could be the accelerant to fire up the charcoal. It does go away, just make sure you don't inhale the initial fumes. This is neither a pro or con... the charcoal briquet lasts approximately 45-90 minutes. It's long enough for what I need it for.
These are the most aggervating disks I have ever had. You have to keep on lighting them to keep them burning or anything you have on it burning. At the most it'll burn less than 5 minutes before going out. I read the reviews that had same issues, wish I had listened.

However, DO NOT LIGHT THIS OVER A RUG OR CARPET, sparks tend fly and tiny chunks could fall on your rug or carpet causing damage or fire. Suggest you light this over the kitchen sink or any sink where water is available.
