I didn't use the adhesive tape that was included in the package. Didn't want to damage the wall. You'll need a small saw, or I guess you could use an old steak knife to saw through the plastic. You won't be able to cut it with scissors. It looks good and did the job. I'd recommend it. Bill

The adhesive is garbage. It took longer to peel the backing off than it took to install. The tape adhesive and backing looked like it was cut with a dull blade. The backing paper was embedded in the tape and tore continually. Had to use a safety pin to dig little pieces of paper off the edges of tape, for long time. After all that, the stuff barely sticks. Low quality adhesive. Wasted a bunch of my time and still had to go get something that worked. So that makes it a waste of money too. Pass.
