I tried one of these shower tabs and it really helped both wake me up and I could feel my sinuses clear immediately. I made sure to kick it to the side not directly in the path of the water to help it last longer. For the duration of my shower, I could probably get away with half of these tabs. The only reason why I took one star off is that these tablets are packaged in a plastic wrap that requires a pair of scissors to cut! Since I don't keep scissors in my bathroom this is really annoying. When I went to use this the first time I had to come out of the bathroom after getting ready for my shower! Thankfully I figured out away how to make them easy tear. I took my pair of scissors and went ahead and cut a little notch on all of the tabs in advance. That way I don't have to find a pair of scissors each time I want to use one of these tabs.
