Important to note that Rachio requires a regular plug in the wall for power. old timers do not come with a plug and unless you already a receptacle it should not be a problem. If not, You will need to Install a plug to connect system. Operating the system is straight forward and messy to manage. The AI will adjust watering times or days on current cowndions which can be overridden.
