If you a buying this, then you are likely looking to change from the clear coolant your kit came with for the holidays, etc. or your looking to top it off as one may have a minor leak somewhere. In this case, this will not work for either of those as Corsair changed the coolant type... expect to do a total drain, fill with distilled water or RO/RODI water and then fill. Thanks for the extra headaches Corsair.

It's clear coolant, doesn't clog. Doesn't create life forms in your loop even after being pushed to the extreme for a year and a half. It's great.

Never have had any issues with algae growths etc. that I've had with other manufacturer's coolant. I'll be sticking with Corsair coolant for all my builds.

EDIT: Confirmed, it is the coolant at fault. I did a clean flush and put in a different coolant and even months after, still no oxidation occurring with the new coolant. Not positive that the coolant is at fault yet but it looks like the common denominator. It has rusted both my EKWB FTW3 Cooling Block as well as my Corsair XC7. Several people have confirmed that this coolant has anti corrosion in it but clearly not. I would stay away for now until this can be verified.
I used this coolant to refill a Corsair H60 closed loop CPU cooler and it's held up for a month so far. Coolant is odorless, easy to pour, and keeps CPU temperatures low. As always when working with cooling systems, I recommend pairing with a Wash Bottle to achieve the cleanest and most accurate results. Highly Recommend.
