So for smaller kids you'll either have to stitch it closed or do what I did (which was a pain in the ass) and create a pocket. After I bought it I saw some reviews that mentioned it and was hoping that was a weird blip.. don't think so! It also comes vacuum sealed... Which meant letting it fluff out for 24 hours... And then kneading the stuffing and putting it into the dryer with damp clothes on an air cycle... And kneading it more.. but it does finally get to a place that's no longer wrinkled and terrible looking. The stitch work is wonky.. in my case luckily just some odd bits but nothing too terrible. All in all my kid loves it, as she's obsessed with cats... But I was bummed that I sent it to my niece and basically in doing so gave my sister a project. Also it did have plastic in certain areas where stitch work was done.. luckily came off easily.. but I all in all fairly disappointed. My fault for jumping on a flash deal and not reading enough reviews.
