🤑💻💰 How to make money with Google AdSense: Beginner's Guide
If you're someone looking to make money online with Google AdSense but you're not sure what to do and how to do it, in this video, I'll show you the key steps that I wish I had known before starting to make money with Google AdSense. If you're a beginner, you'll know exactly what you need to do after watching this video so that you can head in the right direction.
What is Google AdSense?
The first thing you need to do is understand what Google AdSense is. AdSense is simply a program that Google started as a way to share the revenue they get from all the different advertising methods out there. To give you more clarity on what I'm talking about, if you're not aware, we have things like Google Shopping ads, display ads, Google search ads, there's a wide variety of different ads out there that various individuals and companies pay for daily. Google simply established the AdSense program as a way to share the revenue with creators who allow the ads to be displayed either on their YouTube videos or on their websites.
The two main ways to make money with Google AdSense
The two main ways to make money with Google AdSense are starting a YouTube channel or building some kind of blog website, product review website, or some kind of information website. Most of you probably don't realize that you can earn a similar income if you want to build a website where you don't necessarily need to show your face on camera. I will mainly focus on the steps you need to follow when it comes to building a website and putting yourself in a position where you can earn a passive income stream with Google AdSense.
Choosing the right type of website
The first thing you need to do is make sure you're building the right type of website. Any website you want to build can be monetized with Google AdSense, but there are some key things you need to consider, such as the type of website you build depending on the niche, it will have an effect on how much money you can earn. Some niches pay much more than others, so it's definitely one of the initial things you need to think about when it comes to what your site will focus on. You want to make sure you're at least choosing a niche that pays well and meets the three criteria of popularity, profitability, and passion.
Building your website
Once you've thought about the niche, the next step is to build your website. One of the key things you need to make sure to do is create a brand for your website around that particular niche, so that when someone lands on your site, they automatically know what your website is about. This is obviously great for visitors coming to your site because it provides them with some clarity, but it's also good for Google because it will allow them to have a clear understanding of exactly what your niche is, which will help them when it comes to paying you accurately.
Publishing articles
Once you've built your website, the next step is to start publishing articles. I would advise you to publish at least 10 to 15 articles once you've built your website. Of course, you'll want to do it over a period of time, maybe publish those 10 or 15 articles over a three-week period, but you'll want to make sure you're publishing high-quality articles on your website that relate to your chosen niche as soon as you build it. This will help you start off on the right foot and is one of the key things you need to do in order to earn Google AdSense payments.
Writing high-quality articles
Some tips I would give you when it comes to writing articles is to make sure each article has a minimum of 1,000 words. Keep it between 1,000 and 2,000 words per article, this is the ideal length you should aim for to give yourself a chance to rank on the first page of Google. Of course, you'll want to make sure you're focusing on Google search engine optimization, which involves using the right keywords throughout your article. But above all, I would say the most important thing is to make sure you're providing value and writing articles in terms of what people are actively searching for.
Don't rely solely on Google AdSense
One of the beauties of starting a website is that, of course, you'll be able to earn a passive income stream from Google AdSense every month, but at the same time, there are several different ways you can make money with a website. Most beginners tend to focus solely on Google AdSense, but you can also make money by selling your own digital product, as well as doing something called affiliate marketing, where you don't necessarily need to build a product yourself, you simply link articles within your website to affiliate products that you don't own and you'll be able to earn an affiliate commission.
Be consistent
Another key tip I would give you is to make sure you're consistent. When I say consistent, I specifically mean publishing articles on your website. You don't want to make the mistake of publishing two articles this week and then maybe not publishing articles for the next two months and then try to publish five articles for that week and then give up again and then start over. Of course, this will make your income inconsistent. To build a steady flow of traffic to your website, you'll want to try to follow some kind of schedule. Currently, I'm publishing four to six different articles per s
